HDR Light Studio lets you easily create and edit HDRI environment maps in real-time. As you develop your custom HDRI map you see its lighting effect in real-time on your 3D scene - either by using HDR Light Studio connected 'Live' to your 3D app or using it standalone with the included interactive renderer - LiveLight.
What is HDR Light Studio
HDR Light Studio is an interactive tool for creating custom HDR environment maps for image based lighting of CG scenes. Work with a dynamic HDR canvas where Synthetic and Picture based light sources are positioned, scaled, colored all on fly on the HDRI.
What’s New in Version 4.2
HDR Light Studio 4 contains all features and connectivity, including the Live plug-ins in a single product edition that’s available for the first time on Windows, OSX and Linux.
Commercial and Educational licenses are available as node locked or floating seats.

Hardware recommendation
At least 4 processer cores for LiveLight, 4GB RAM, Installation requires 1.5GB of hard disk space
3 button mouse for camera navigation, Internet connection for licensing and support
Notes for existing users:
Installing HDR Light Studio 4 will override the opening of earlier Live plug-ins.
Projects saved with HDR Light Studio 4 will not be backwards compatible with previous versions.
Once HDR Light Studio 4 is installed, project files embedded in partner projects may well be updated to version 4 without notice.
